Humanized Mouse Models
Our proprietary HAC/MAC technology enables creation of humanized mouse models. The HAC/MAC carrying the human gene of interest is stably maintained in these mice over generations. The ability to introduce the regulatory regions with the genes allows human-like spatial and temporal expression in the mouse. Our humanized CYP3A mouse exhibits organ-specific gene expression which is similar to human. Our humanized mouse models are available for purchase, and we offer contract research using those models.
