The Spheroid Lysis Buffer has been specially developed for lysis of spheroids grown on the SCIVAX NanoCulture^®Plate. This powerful buffer can be used for hard-to-lyse large spheroids. Lysate can be used for downstream assays to measure DNA or RNA with other commercially available kits.
